NHS England are proposing to establish national dynamic purchasing systems (DPSs) for primary dental services and emergency caretaking (dental) services. These DPSs, once established, will cover all of NHS Englands 4 commissioning regions (North of England, Midlands and East of England, London, South of England). It is likely that the ensuing DPSs will be lotted but the number and structure is currently being determined. As a result, NHS England are engaging the market to gather interest in the opportunities and to give the interested parties the opportunity to ask any relevant clarification questions about the described process.
