Newcastle Hill Refurbishment Works (V2C/001359/16/NA) The contract is for the external refurbishment of the building fabric that is sympathetic to the conservation status of the area together with Main External Programme work to meet WHQS standards to the thirty (30_ properties in Newcastle Hill, Bridgend. The scope of the work includes the following: New roof coverings, General refurbishment work, Associated electrical and mechanical works, External landscaping work. Tendering Organisations should note that it is intended that the works be completed in phases, and due to the parking and access difficulties in the area the phases will need to be strictly adhered to. Please note that Phase 4 (as listed in the prelims) is not guaranteed and is subject to leaseholder consultation.
