Tender description

The National Composites Centre (NCC) is planning on placing an order in March 2017, for an AFP/ATL hybrid cell to enable deposition of multiple widths of tapes in a single working cell. The target commissioning date for the capability is Q3 2018, with a demonstration batch of components to be manufactured during Q2 2018 at supplier site. The capability has be specified, procured and commissioned to ensure suitability for industrial research and development programs as well as supporting maturation of emerging manufacturing technologies from academia toward industrial application.
