RMBC wish to make general enquiries to establish if there are providers who could deliver a Crisis Loans service to people in crisis in Rotherham from April 2017 to March 2018. The provider must be a well-established credit union and conform fully with the Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority.
