Tender description

To supply the following broad categories of services: • The provision of external circuits to the internet that will provide dual redundant 1Gbs connectivity to the site operating in an active/active configuration; • The purchase and installation of all on site switches, wireless AP’s and any other software and services needed to manage the IT services; • A simplified management portal so that non-technical staff at Sensor City can manage all of the day to day IT provision of active ports, bandwidth and telephones without needing access to the actual infrastructure; • A VOIP telephony service; • 24/7 support for the services including proactive monitoring etc.
