Tender description

A contract for the provision of market research services in order to understand rail passengers' envisaged journey purposes on key HS2 routes. The findings of the market research are intended to provide HS2 Ltd with assurance that the estimates of the proportion of existing rail journeys that are related to business, leisure and commuting are robust and fit for use in the analysis and modelling underpinning the business cases for the different phases of the HS2 scheme. Following a further competition process, this contract has been awarded to Munro Market Research Limited (t/a Future Thinking) through Lot 2 (Strategic Planning and Development) of the SBS MR130001 Market Research framework.
