The Provision of Property Acquisitions and Surface Damage Claim Negotiations. Land Referencing Scottish Water will provide clear plans showing area to referenced and the geographical location. It is expected that the provider will provide Registers of Scotland verification of land ownership (wherever possible) a report showing land owners and occupiers complete with annotated plans. This should be provided within 10 days of receipt of the instruction. Initial Meeting with landowners an project manager (pipelines only) Scottish Water will provide plans showing proposed route, availability of project manager and the contractor. The provider will provide a record of agreement on accommodation works and a record of agreement on conditions of entry. This should be done within 5 working days of the meeting. Site Acquisition Scottish Water will provide accurate plans showing proposed acquisition, TWA and any ancillary rights required. A start on site date and project duration and power and telecoms requirements. The provider will provide an initial value (existing use), and will negotiate terms for site acquisition with vacant possession, a completed heads of terms report with confirmation of landowner's agreement. Included should be a rate for site inspection and subsequent meetings with landowner/agent, dealing with queries on terms up to the conclusion of missives. This should be provided within 4 months of the receipt of plans. Temporary working area Scottish Water will provide an accurate plan showing TWA required. The provider will provide a written agreement for compound rental. Pre-Entry Photographic Record of Condition Scottish Water will provide an accurate plan showing route, property boundaries and owner/occupier detail. The provider will provide a photographic record of condition with a written description, within 10 working days from receipt of instruction. Marching out inspection Scottish Water will provide an accurate plan showing route, property boundaries and owner/occupier details. The provider will provide a photographic record of condition with a written description, within 10 working days of receipt of instruction. Claim Scottish Water will provide a copy of notice, plan of route, any inspection records of accommodation works and condition of entry. The provider will provide 1st year claims — Heads of claim report and list of any defects to be remedied to achieve F & F, 2nd year and subsequent claims and F&F settlement, within 10 weeks from instruction. Liason Scottish Water will provide clear instruction and agreement on number of hours.
