Birmingham City Council (BCC) is seeking applications to apply to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the development of housing on small sites The requirement is for the creation of a DPS for the development of small sites for housing for the Council through its Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust (BMHT) and Forward Homes (FH) new build programme. Started in 2010, 2233 new homes for both rent and sale have been completed and currently 748 are in development. Forward Homes is the sales and development arm of BCC. We are a socially responsible local housing developer and we are committed to providing a diverse range of high quality new homes that are well designed and spacious. Our developments include both small schemes of two or three homes to larger sites with over a hundred homes on sites throughout the city of Birmingham.
