Tender description

Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) is seeking expressions of interest in a forthcoming tender for a Musculoskeletal Assessment Treatment and Triage Service (MATT) and community based physiotherapy within Oxfordshire. Each MATT is to offer same day diagnostics, person centred care, primary care physiotherapy and podiatry, orthopaedic medicine and medicines advice / management, and will be available in 6 locations across the county. Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) is seeking expressions of interest in a forthcoming tender for a Musculoskeletal Assessment Treatment and Triage Service (MATT) and community based physiotherapy within Oxfordshire. Each MATT is to offer same day diagnostics, person centred care, primary care physiotherapy and podiatry, orthopaedic medicine and medicines advice / management, and will be available in 6 locations across the county. The contract is expected to be for 3 years with the option to extend for 1 further year, and will likely commence on the 2.10.2017. The contract will have a ceiling value of 4 500 000 GBP per annum (based on FY 15/16 outturn) and is intended to operate on a mix of block and outcomes based payments, with the payment split allocated to outcomes increasing over the life of the contract. We are open to accepting offers from a consortium of providers or a lead provider with sub-contracts to the 6 MATTS, as well as individual organisations.
