Tender description
Proactive Primary Care and Pharmacy / Medicines Optimisation Support Service. North Manchester CCG wishes to commission a pilot proactive Primary Care and Pharmacy/Medicines Optimisation Support Service for care home residents within the North Manchester locality; the service will provide care home residents with the appropriate level of support that they require. This procurement will be run as a bespoke, single stage procurement procedure. Bidders wishing to express an interest in participating in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage should register on https://nhssbs.eu-supply.com and look for tender reference 25943. The ITT documentation will be available from 8.12.2016 and should be completed and submitted by the closing date of 13.1.2017.
