Tender description

NHS Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting appropriately qualified and experienced providers to express their interest to be appointed to a new framework of suppliers January 2017 for a duration of 4 years. Personal Health Budget (PHB) Support Service organisations will offer a range of Support Services such as: — Lot 1 — Support planning. — Lot 2 — Payment service ( including Third Party /Managed Account). — Lot 3 — Employer advice and guidance. PHB Support Service organisations will support Adults and Children who have been approved to receive a PHB by NHS Wandsworth CCG or its representatives. It is estimated that around 20 PHB holders will be available to receive support planning in January 2017. This number is expected to rise significantly in line with NHS England's Mandate to increase the number of PHB holders over the next five years. This equates to a minimum of 760 PHBs for NHS Wandsworth CCG. The expectation is that the providers that meet the initial Award Criteria and requirement of the Service Specifications for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 will be added to the approved list of providers and initially be allocated a contract on a rotation basis of first come first serve. It is therefore imperative that approved providers who are added to this framework and have met the Award Criteria are ready to go live in January 2017.
