NHS England are proposing to establish national dynamic purchasing systems (DPSs) for primary dental services and emergency caretaking (dental) services. These DPSs, once established, will cover all of NHS Englands 4 commissioning regions (North of England, Midlands and East of England, London, South of England). It is likely that the ensuing DPS(s) will be lotted but the number and structure is currently being determined. As a result, NHS England are engaging the market to gather interest in the opportunities and to give the interested parties the opportunity to ask any relevant clarification questions about the described process. Interested organisations should express an interest and download any associated documentation via the In-Tend e-procurement system which can be accessed via the following link https://in-tendhost.co.uk/scwcsu/aspx/Home. The procurement process will involve the establishment of dynamic purchasing systems for primary dental services and emergency caretaking (dental) services across England. Any organisation wishing to be invited to competitions for the award of specific contracts for the described services under the DPSs must submit an application and be admitted to the DPS as and when a DPS is advertised.
