Tender description

The Contractor will be expected to undertake the a removal project from various schemes including the following: Remove alarm panels, Remove any sounders including associated wiring looms (if applicable) Remove any detectors including associated wiring looms (if applicable) Remove the fire extinguishers from the communal areas only: fire extinguishers located within the risk rooms must remain in-situ. Install emergency lighting switch to ease the testing of the lighting system (If not already fitted) Make good any areas using agreed materials or processes to the match the current standard. Install part 6 detection within the flats to meet BS5839 grade D category LD2
