Tender description

Bromford seeks a transformation partner or partners to advise and assist it in the implementation of enterprise solution(s) to meet the majority of Bromford's functional requirements and to replace the numerous, disparate business systems currently employed by Bromford. The role of the partner(s) will involve but not be limited to the planning, design, implementation and integration of the enterprise solution(s), together with support and maintenance following system(s) implementation. More information on Bromford, it's functional requirements and the Contract are set out in the procurement documents which can be obtained from the contact at Section I.1. The total estimated value is between 5 000 000 GBP and 15 000 000 GBP depending on the solution options to be explored during dialogue. Suppliers may approach meeting the requirements with product solutions in different ways. The intention of the procurement is not to specify products but rather functionality areas enabling outcomes. We have categorised our requirements into 3 ‘Tiers’ as follows: Tier 1 solutions — we anticipate these forming part of the ‘core’ solution to be procured and implemented as part of the ‘base contract’. Tier 2 solutions — these are likely to form part of the solution and, depending on initial tender responses, we will determine whether these requirements remain part of dialogue and final tenders. Tier 3 solutions — these are optional (from our perspective) and, depending on initial tender responses, we will determine whether these requirements remain part of dialogue and final tenders.
