Tender description

The Authority is seeking Bids from experienced and qualified Developers/Housing Services Providers (‘Developer(s)’) to work with the Authority to transform existing supported living housing for older people at Watkins House, Woodlands Road (the ‘Land’) that is outdated with poor internal and external communal facilities. The Authority will grant a 999 year lease of the Land plus an adjacent parcel of land that shares a border with the Land (together the ‘Site’) to enable the successful Developer to complete a comprehensive development of new build housing for older people on the Site (the ‘Project’).
