Tender description

Support contract to provide: training, consumables, spares, repairs, publications & software updates for the Tempus Pro Patient Monitor. It is intended to award the OEM of the Tempus Pro Patient Monitor, RDT Ltd, the contract to provide the aforementioned support and supplies for the Tempus Pro Patient Monitor. This contract will support 183 Tempus Pro Monitors currently in service as well as supporting all future Tempus Pro Patient Monitors brought into service in the next 4 years. RDT has provided evidence that they are indeed the OEM and this support contract can only be facilitated by RDT as the OEM.
