Construction of New Build Homes to Stuart Ave plus others

Harrow Council has identified a requirement to build new affordable council housing to meet housing need in the Borough. We are now tendering as one Lot for the construction of New Homes on existing garage and open space land at: Stuart Avenue, South Harrow – 6 No 3-bed Houses Allerford Court, North Harrow – 2 No 3-bed Houses Holsworth Close, 2 No 3-bed Houses The Heights, Northolt – 3 No 2-bed flats The designs have been drawn beyond the planning stage, to stage D+, that are included within this ITT pack. These schemes, whilst relatively small in size, are hugely significant in terms of the LBH re-entering the market of housing construction. It is likely that they will attract a great deal of publicity and attention, from Councillors within the borough, which means the execution and delivery of this project, is critical to the borough’s public profile. In light of the above, LBH require the preferred contractor to understand the importance of quality in the execution of these works, and to have the experience and expertise to complete the contract to the standard required.
