Tender description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor(s) to a Highways Minor Works Framework Agreement (Framework). The work involved will be of a jobbing / patching / minor works nature associated with the maintenance of the Employers highway network. Lot 1 — Consists of daywork rates for teams and equipment. The Employer intends to appoint the following number of Contractors: — Up to 5 nr (five) Contactors to Lot 1. Contractors can be appointed to Lot 1 only, Lot 2 only or Lot 1 and Lot 2. Lot 2 — which consists of measure and value items in the Price List for longer duration work. The Employer intends to appoint the following number of Contractors: — Up to 5 nr (five) Contactors to Lot 1. Contractors can be appointed to Lot 1 only, Lot 2 only or Lot 1 and Lot 2.
