Concession contract for lamp post banner advertising

Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is inviting tenders for a Concession contract for lamp post banner advertising within the borough. The Council are seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver an end to end service including media sales, banner manufacture and installation. Please note that this is a single stage tender and tenderers must pass all Selection Questions as set out in the Instruction to Tenderers. In addition to this, the Authority requires tenderers to demonstrate a minimum turnover for the each of the last two years of £270k. Tenderers are also required to demonstrate that their current ratio and acid test/liquidity ratio were 0.8 or above for the last 2 years. Full details are shown in the Instruction to Tenderers.
