However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. NARU require a highly experienced Communications & Stakeholder Engagement provider who can inspire and lead our Communications & Stakeholder Engagement function, enabling NARU to meet its overall objectives faster and more professionally Strategically NARU need a provider who is comfortable operating at CEO and director level, providing consistently useful and solid advice on all matters related to public relations, external relations, marketing communications and commercial marketing. He or she will be responsible for implementing the NARU Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Strategy which will form the basis of the next three years’ work. The provider will need to feed into our wider NARU strategic planning process, and to have established communication links and a strong contacts book within the Ambulance and wider health service (as well as the media) to enable us to demonstrate to the outside world that NARU operate as a slick, results-driven unit.
