Tender description

The Riverside Group Ltd (TRGL) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Cleaning Provider that can demonstrate the capability to deliver high-quality professional cleaning service within specified time-scales and to budget for a PFI Project based in Hul. The project consists of 316 Apartments spread across the 3 Facilities in Hull, the successful Cleaning Provider will be expected to provide cleaning to the communal areas of all 3 Facilities. The successful Cleaning Provider will have the relevant skills, manpower, equipment and experience to deliver a high class cleaning service at each Facility that comprehensively fulfils the Performance Standards and Service Level.
