Tender description

Bernicia Homes are seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a reliable, comprehensive, high quality and value for money communal cleaning service to achieve a high level of cleanliness at properties throughout the North East region. The contract is split geographically into 2 lots — Lot 1 — North of the River Tyne Locations and Lot 2 — South of the River Tyne. Tenderers can bid for one or both lots. A contractor will be awarded per lot. Bernicia Homes are seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a reliable, comprehensive, high quality and value for money communal cleaning service to achieve a high level of cleanliness at Bernicia Homes properties which are North of the River Tyne Locations (Lot 1).
