Clanmil Planned Maintenance Programme 16/17 - M&E Consultant

Clanmil require the services of a M & E lead consultancy team for assistance in the delivery of Fire Alarm, Emergency and Communal lighting upgrades in schemes across Northern Ireland with works to be complete by 31st March 2017. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months for any additional works required outside the original scope. Works included : - Fire alarm upgrades - Emergency Lighting upgrades - Communal lighting upgrades In the delivery of this contract to a successful completion the successful consultant should comprise as a minimum the following disciplines with all constituent team members holding as a minimum current professional membership (or other equal and approved) as identified below; - Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Chartered member of CIBSE - Quantity Surveyor (chartered member of RICS) - Principal Designer2016 (member of RMaPS) If other disciplines are required, it is the responsibility of the successful consultant to include for same within their fee submission.
