Tender description
Lead Consultant and Design Team services for the repair and refurbishment of 2 listed buildings to form a Creative Hub accommodate artist studios and workspaces for creative industries. WASPS seeks to engage a Lead Consultant and Design Team to deliver the redevelopment of 2 Category B-listed buildings in Inverness as a Creative Hub for artists and creative businesses. The work will be split into 2 phases. Phase 1 will involve external urgent and essential repairs and building services. Phase 2 involves redevelopment to form the Creative Hub, involving further repairs, access improvements, alterations to the building to form new spaces, refurbishment and fit-out.
