Tender description

This Request for a Tender is for the provision of Consultancy Services for a client- side advisor, with scope of services as defined in Schedule 2- Specification, for a new Public Sector Hub office development. The development, which will comprise new build alongside internal alterations to the existing County Hall building, will be located at County Hall, Busher Walk, Kendal. The project is to be delivered for Cumbria County Council (the Authority) as client consulting with the following respective partners (the ‘Potential Partners’): — South Lakeland District Council. — Lake District National Park. Following a strategic review under the ‘Better Places for Work’ (BP4W) programme; Cumbria County Council wishes to explore the opportunity to redevelop the existing Cumbria County Council Offices and vacant land to the rear of County Hall, Busher Walk, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4RQ.
