Tender description

It is the intention that the conclusion of this procurement process will result in a number of Framework Agreements for ON PREMISE Video and Web Conferencing Solutions awarded to Providers that will result in simplified access to a portfolio of services for GEANT's National Research and Education Network (NREN) stakeholders to access, with commonality in respect of commercial and contractual terms for all, reducing the local overhead for technical, commercial or legal activities typically required when engaging new Providers. GEANT expects to award Framework Agreements to providers that own the IP of the solutions they are offering, as well as to Authorised partners of said solution IP owners who can evidence their ability to support the widest range of NRENs and Institutions within the GEANT community. Awards will be made for up to four years from the signing of the contract. Note that this tender does not include Cloud Based video and web conferencing solutions.
