Tender description

WYCA currently has a contract for static panels and scrolling sheets advertising and has given notice to terminate the agreement w.e.f March 2017 to make way for digital sites. WYCA is now wishing to sign a new agreement or licence with a company who could provide the digital units, ‘sell’ the advertising and be responsible for all maintenance and running electricity costs. The contractor will own the units. WYCA will receive income/profit share and be offered some free advertising space. Full details are in the invitation to tender documents.
