Choice Housing Ireland seeks to appoint 1 suitably qualified, experienced and financially sound economic operator to carry out a 365 day, out of hour's remote social alarm, out of hours alarm calls, morning calls and response maintenance monitoring service for all Choice and Oaklee Housing stock as detailed in the specification relating to the Contracting Authorities requirements. The appointee will manage our ‘Out of Hours’ calls including Bank Holidays for all types of emergency repairs from our tenant's homes.
