Supply of Furniture to Galway & Roscommon ETB Post Primary Schools and Centres

Tender description

Tenders are invited under the open procedure from suitably qualified firms for the supply of Furniture for Post Primary Schools and various Education Centres as required by Galway & Roscommon ETB. The new contract is intended to come into effect in July 2015.The contract duration is for a 2 year period and will be subject to yearly performance reviews. At Galway & Roscommon Education & Training Board discretion, the contract may be extended for a further period of one year with agreement with the successful tenderer, to a maximum of three years in total. All firms wishing to be considered for appointment should furnish a written submission set out in accordance with the Format of Tender Tenderers to whom any of the circumstances listed in Article 45 of Directive 2004/18/EC apply will be excluded from this competition (see Appendix 2). The tender proposal should state clearly whether any or all of the above circumstances apply/ do not apply. One (1) hard copy of the tender in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the supply of Furniture to Galway & Roscommon ETB Post Primary Schools and Centres” and with the tendering company’s name and postal address on the outside, should be addressed to: Procurement Section Galway & Roscommon Education & Training Board An Coiléar Bán Athenry Co Galway And must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Friday 10th April 2015.
