Tender description

DSST will require a set of national and regional results that determine the scope, location and cost of works. The end product will have the functionality to produce results using different scenarios that determine the effects of constrained and unconstrained budgets on two different maintenance strategies, these being both the HE bespoke and the do minimum strategies. The purpose of this package is that the outputs will provide a notional programme of works for a period of 30 years. The results can also be used in the Lifecycle Asset Management Plans (L-AMPs) that are required as part of the Portfolio Control framework (PCF). There is an extensive exercise taking place to produce the L-AMPs. CH2M are employed to produce these documents and they have approached DSST to assist them with the objective.
