Tender description

This contract is for the Supply of Specialised Storage Services for the Royal College of Music (RCM). There are 2 lots: Lot 1 — Packing, transport, Storage and retrieval Services of the College Museum collection. Lot 2 — Library Special Collections Storage and Retrieval Service. The Supplier will store the Museum's collection whilst a new Museum is being built. They will pack, transport and store museum artefacts, as well as providing a recall service so that restoration work can take place on individual artefacts. The Supplier will store the RCM Library's special collection and provide a retrieval service where items from the collection are requested by users.
