Tender description
Sheffield City Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations interested in delivering the service during 2016-17. This is not a formal tender process and will not result in the letting of a contract. Rather, the Council is testing the market to ascertain whether there is sufficient interest to warrant a more formal tender process for the delivery of the 2016-17 service. Continuation of a ‘Visual Merchandising Training Academy’ using empty shop fronts in the city centre, the project will also continue to service businesses wishing to move into Sheffield by providing them with trial space for display. It will support business growth, investment in the City Centre and open up employment opportunities for unemployed young people and NEETs. Keywords: Visual, merchandising
