Tender description
Supported accommodation services. The service is to deliver a person centred, personalised programme of support lasting up to 6 months to support vulnerable adults towards maintaining abstinence, becoming independent and developing the skills and confidence to move on into appropriate long-term accommodation. The provider will be expected to achieve the outcomes and requirements of the specification and the Council will monitor compliance with the targets. It is expected that services will be subject to review, change and innovation over the course of the lifetime of this service.
