Tender description
A call off contract for Residential and Nursing Care Home provision for service users funded by Cheshire West and Chester BC; Vale Royal CCG and West Cheshire CCG. Services as detailed in the contract and specification documents issued. A call off contract for Residential and Nursing Care Home provision for service users funded by Cheshire West and Chester BC; Vale Royal CCG and West Cheshire CCG. Services as detailed in the contract and specification documents issued. The Council seeks applications from interested Care Home providers for care home services as and when required by the Council / Service Users. The Call off Contract does not in any way guarantee work. The call off contract will be refreshed on a regular basis according to need and requirements of Service Users where such Service Users prove a ‘local connection’ to the Council which obligates the Council to make a contribution to care costs. Each Care Home Provider will be expected to Contract on the Terms and Conditions issued and comply with the Conditions set out in the Application Forms.
