Tender description

The Authority requires a framework for the supply and maintenance of transmission x-ray body scanners which are capable of detecting metal, ceramic, plastics, powders, explosives and narcotics concealed on or within internal body cavities of a person. The duration of the framework will be 4 years, however, there will be a requirement to provide maintenance support of the Scanners for a period of up to 10 years from the date of any call-off contract. The Ministry of Justice shall also be a participating Authority of the framework agreement. Approximately 20-30 body scanners to be deployed worldwide. Specific locations are yet to be determined.
