Tender description

Fife Council is seeking tenders from service providers to establish a framework agreement for the Commercial Heating Servicing in public buildings. The contract covers all Fife Council's public buildings including schools, halls, sports centres, older person's homes, offices, sheltered housing complexes etc. The plant and equipment consists of natural gas, LPG and oil fired commercial boilers, water heaters, radiant tube heaters, warm air heaters, pressurisation units and cold water booster sets, Science Lab equipment (booms, taps, bollards, fume cupboards etc.,), Technical room equipment (forges etc.,), chimney sweeping, mechanical and refrigeration work to an Ice Plant, rainwater harvesting pumps, solar systems. This also includes Social Work Services group homes and Education Services janitorial houses which are of a more domestic nature and also the maintenance of the Dunfermline Community Energy Scheme, a large district heating installation.
