Provision of a Residential Crisis Intervention and Detoxification Service for the London Borough of Redbridge

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to Tender for the Contract for the Provision of a Residential Crisis Intervention and Detoxification Service for the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”). The Contract will commence on 1st April 2017 and, subject to satisfactory performance, will operate for a period of three (3) years, terminating at midnight on 31st March 2020 (“the Contract Period”). At the sole discretion of the Authority the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of two (2) years, providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 31st March 2022. The maximum budget available for the Contract is £67,340 per annum. Those submitting a Tender shall be required to perform all requirements of the Contract within the maximum budget available for the Contract. However, Tenders will be judged on value for money and the Contract may be awarded to organisations who submit lower priced Tenders where quality of the Residential Crisis Intervention and Detoxification Service (“the Service”) is assured.
