Tender description
The primary objective of the Contract is to provide services that support Intermediate Care Services across County Durham. The spot purchase of beds will be at a stated rate which is dependent on the type of service (bed functionality). This Provider Panel is open to providers who are not already members. The Provider applicant must: 1. read and understand the application and contract documents attached. 2. fully complete and sign the application and contract terms and conditions as appropriate. 3. return the completed application and contract via the message section of the portal 4. confirmation of application approval will be made via the portal.
