Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to supply and install new LED lighting together with control and protection equipment at the Civic Centre Underground Car Park, Southend on Sea. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to quote no later than 12 noon on 2nd December 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 2nd December 2016 with a return date of 22nd December 2016. If you do not receive the documents by the anticipated quotation date please contact us. The proposed commencement date of this project is 16th January 2016 and we anticipate a five week programme of works.
