London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for LLA is seeking tenders for the grant of a contract in the form of a concession agreement to operate car hire services at LLA, from a sales unit in the Car Rental Centre (CRC) on Percival Way. There will be a sales desk available, subject to a separate negotiation and contract at a time to be agreed in 2017, located in the new Onward Travel Centre (OTC) in the Arrivals area of the Terminal building, which will be delivered as part of the project Curium re-development. The intended start date of the concession is 1.4.2017. The concession will be for a term of 5 years.
