HealthTrust Europe LLP is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of orthopaedic implants, used for the replacement, remodelling or realignment of joints and bone by osteotomy or some other procedure of joints. This framework agreement will include bespoke or patient specific implants as well as standard items included in the supplier's published catalogue. This framework agreement also includes the provision of necessary instrumentation; jigs and fixtures; tooling; cabinets and associated accessories to facilitate the relevant Arthroplasty and Arthroscopy procedures. The Framework Agreement also allows for the provision of loan kits; in-house and off site training and in-theatre support. The scope of this agreement includes the provision of consignment stock; managed inventory; loan stock and equipment and expedited deliveries. This lot will include: primary and revision joint implants; bespoke or patient specific implants as well as standard items included in the supplier's published catalogue. This lot also includes the provision of necessary instrumentation; jigs and fixtures; tooling; cabinets and associated accessories to facilitate the relevant Arthroplasty and Orthopaedic procedure. The lot also allows for the provision of loan kits; in-house and off site training and in-theatre support. The scope of this lot includes the provision of consignment stock; managed inventory; loan stock equipment and expedited deliveries. This lot will include bespoke or patient specific implants as well as standard items included in the supplier's published catalogue. This lot will include those items which are used within surgical procedures involving orthopaedic trauma for example: external fixation (e.g. frames, hinges, fixators); extramedullary internal fixation (e.g. plates); hip fracture; (e.g. dynamic hip screws); instrumentation; intramedullary fixation (e.g. nails); osteonecrosis intervention; foot ankle; hand and wrist implants; and other. HealthTrust Europe LLP is seeking to establish a lot for the provision of orthopaedic spinal implants, used for the replacement, remodelling or realignment of joints and bone by osteotomy or some other procedure. The lot will include the following categories of orthopaedic spinal products, accessories and associated products: access (e.g. retractors, frames; cable); disc repair and replacement; fixation; instrumentation; interbody spacers (e.g. cages); mesh; minimally invasive (e.g. kyphoplasty); plates; preparation (e.g. distractors, shavers, sets); screws, hooks and rods; specialty (e.g. dens and transverse fractures). Vertebral augmentation; vertebral body replacement; vertebral support; and other devices that can properly be described as orthopaedic spinal products. This lot includes multiple lots of related osteotomy components and devices required for a comprehensive range of procedures and will include orthopaedic implants used in elective and trauma procedures. It will include tooling; the associated consumable tools; probes; blades; consumable cements and bone substitutes and theatre consumables. Lot 4 allows for a Mini-Competition of a consolidation of an aggregated demand of 1 or more lots in any combination thereof from a single supplier for a committed volume of goods or value of purchases from 1 or more contracting authorities.
