Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to establishing a framework of Contractors to install Better Energy Warmer Homes Scheme measures nationwide. This scheme funds energy efficiency improvements in the homes of the elderly and vulnerable, making their homes more comfortable, healthier and more cost effective to run. The appointed framework will also carry out energy upgrades for the Warmth and Wellbeing Pilot Scheme which will include external insulation measures and heating systems. The estimated annual value of this contract is 29 000 000 EUR excl. VAT. The contract term will be for a maximum of 3 years. Please do not respond to this notice.
