Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council wish to procure a Specialist Consultant to carry out a physical modelling study as part of the next phase of the Colwyn Bay Waterfront Project. An open procurement procedure shall be adopted, with the procurement being advertised on the Sell2Wales website. The procurement submissions made by the Tenderers shall be considered in 2 stages. Stage 1 and stage 2 are to be submitted concurrently.
