Tender description
Family Support Services comprises of 6 Contract Lots across three specified geographies (East, Central and West) to cover the four elements of the Community Family Hub outlined below: 1) Community Family Hub lead role, 2) Support for families with children pre-birth to 5 years in identified Super Output Areas (SOAs) as part of the Sure Start Children's Centre (SSCC) offer, 3) Intensive whole family support for families with children up to age of 18 with additional needs, 4) Family Support Volunteer Development Project that will: Enhance the family support offer to vulnerable families, and provide a development route towards employment for local people.
