Tender description

The property has been subject to significant fire damage and requires considerable work to make it habitable and bring it back in to use. The scope of works involves the removal of all fire damaged components, elements, materials and belongings ready for renovation works to start. This will include erection of scaffolding to repair the roof, renewal of soffits, fascia and guttering, the renewal/repair of roof timbers/joist and floorboards, internal replastering and decorations, complete rewire, renewal of central heating system, renewal of all the first floor windows and redecorations of external elements.
