Bracknell Forest Homes is seeking to engage the market early regarding the potential procurement of cleaning, care-taking and other estate related services. The scope includes: i. Building and window cleaning of corporate facilities. ii. Building and window cleaning and care-taking within communal areas of the associations housing portfolio. iii. Estates related services, including bin and bin store cleaning, turning and presentation for collection, clearance of fly-tipping and heavy litter / rubbish and anti-social type incidents, such as graffiti, parking issues. iv. Cleaning of void properties, prior to new tenant's arrival. v. Cleaning of new build and shared ownership properties, prior to handover to customers. This notice is published for the purpose of early market engagement only. Potential suppliers are requested to express an interest via www.mytenders.org and request further information regarding the potential procurement of cleaning, janitorial and estates related services. The broad scope of services to be included in market testing has been determined and some broad options have been considered at a high level. This Market Testing exercise is designed to inform these options and therefore the markets ability to deliver a financially advantageous solution, service improvements and reduced risk to the association. Bracknell Forest Homes uses an eSourcing system, Potential Suppliers wishing to to express an interest and therefore participate in the market engagement process will need to follow the steps set out below.
