Tender description
LCCC is acting on behalf of the 11 NI Councils to appoint a Contractor to provide a centralised enquiry handling service to support the delivery of the new Northern Ireland Business Start Up Programme. Enquiry handling will be through one number for the whole of NI, currently sitting with the Go For It strap-line. Timescale for this contract will reflect the programme duration which will be 3.5 years, commencing in 2017, with an option to extend the contract for up to an additional 1.5 years.
