Bedroom, dining room and living-room furniture

Tender description

The County Council is looking to appoint a number of Contractors who are able to supply and install (where required) a comprehensive range of residential furniture suitable for establishments such as residential homes, children's homes and outdoor centres. Furniture is required for individual areas such as bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms. Framework Agreement will commence on 1.4.2017 for a period of 4 years. The Framework will be available for use by Members of the Central Buying Consortium, Local Authorities, Police and Emergency Services, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, NHS Bodies, Central Government Departments, Registered Charities and Educational Establishments (such as but limited to free schools, local authority maintained schools, pre-schools, post 16 colleges, higher education institutions, independent schools, academies, children's centres and any other type of schools). Procurement of MFC and MDF bedroom furniture (i.e. chest of drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables), living room furniture (i.e. coffee tables, sideboards, storage chests, cupboards, book cases, sofas and chairs) and dining room furniture (i.e. tables and chairs).
