Tender description

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking to place a contract for the replacement of the Air Conditioning at the BDHC Karachi (York Place), Pakistan. The Reuirement Phased removal of the existing air conditioning systems serving unclassified areas of the BDHC offices in Karachi (York Place) with new VRV/VRF air conditioning systems with energy recovery air processing fresh air supply systems as detailed on the drawings. The target date for completion is 31st March 2017
