Choice Housing Ireland Limited and its subsidiary companies (Choice) wishes to appoint design teams to a number of framework agreements (Framework Agreement(s)) to provide services relating to planning, design, procurement, construction (design and management) co-ordination and contract administration/project management (Services), in connection with the design and delivery of projects with a range of dwelling designs, accommodation needs and services including: — general needs accommodation for families and single persons. — accommodation for the elderly. — supported housing for people with disabilities including those with mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and those who are physically disabled. — support services for vulnerable groups. — refurbishment work. — land purchase. — affordable housing. Further information is contained within the pre-qualification questionnaire documents. Choice wishes to appoint design teams to provide directly, and/or in conjunction with consultants appointed by Choice and other separately appointed consultants, services relating to planning, design, procurement, construction (design and management) co-ordination and contract administration/project management.
